After sending the newsletter, of course you want to know how it performed. To open the data of a newsletter, click in the newsletter overview on the three dots behind the respective newsletter and choose "statistics".

You will be taken to the screen below.

The view defaults to the past 30 days. Want to filter a different time frame? Then click on the calendar at the top right and select the desired dates.

Below the graphs you can see the KPIs of a newsletter:

Finally, you see a number of tabs with statistics:

  • Orders: here you see all orders that can be traced back to the newsletter, including customer email address, order number, order value, order date and order status.

  • Emails: this is an overview of all profiles to whom the newsletter has been sent, including the status of the mail.

  • Bounces: an overview of all profiles where the email did not arrive.

  • Unsubscribe: an overview of all profiles that have unsubscribed via this newsletter.

  • Spamreported: an overview of all profiles that have marked your e-mail as spam.
