Subscription and rates for decreasing profile counts

Learn how to deactivate profiles and manually lower your subscription level.

When the number of active profiles in your account decreases, your subscription remains at the highest reached level. You can lower your rate by manually performing a downgrade on the subscription page.

Manual downgrading does not apply to Shopify. Is your webshop running on Shopify? In that case, your subscription will scale down automatically.

Manually downgrading your subscription

Reloadify no longer automatically scales down with a decrease in profile numbers. Follow these steps to lower your monthly fee:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.

  2. Click Edit next to your number of active profiles.

  3. Select the desired lower plan that matches your current profile count.

  4. Confirm the change.

The manual downgrade always takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds are issued for the current period.

Note: Does your profile count increase to a higher tier? In that case, an automatic pro-rata invoice for the additional amount will be issued immediately.

Does not apply to Shopify.

How can I switch a profile from active to inactive?

There are two ways of doing this:

Excluding domain names from your email communication

To exclude a domain name from your email communication go into "Settings" on the left of the menu and click on "Email settings". Under "Email filter" you can fill in the domain name of the email address. To exclude an email address you should only fill in the letters and symbols behind the "@"-sign.

Setting profiles to inactive by using an import

If you want to exclude multiple email addresses with different domain names, you can manually import a CSV file, with these email addresses into our system. Upload the file in the "Data sources" area, on the left in the menu.

You can read all about setting up, saving and importing a CSV file in this article: How to import email addresses into Reloadify?
