How do I manually add points to a profile?

As a webshop owner, would you like to manually award points to a specific profile? For example, because they missed out on a discount or because an order was not delivered. You can do this in Reloadify.

Find the profile in Reloadify under CDP > profiles. Find the email address for which you want to change the points balance.

Once you have found the profile, click on ‘options’ in the top right corner and then on ‘edit profile’:

In the overview, you will find a field where you can change the points balance.
