Yes, your account costs will automatically adjust to the number of active profiles. Your pricing is adjusted every 24 hours and therefore will always be up-to-date the following day. You can find your personal plan in the settings menu under the tab "Subscription".
ππΌ For example: Suppose, you have 15,000 profiles (unique email addresses), which are synchronized with Reloadify. From those 15,000 profiles, you have 150 inactive ones. In this case you are not paying for 15,000 but for 15,000 - 150 = 14,850 profiles.
How can I switch a profile from active to inactive?
There are two ways of doing this:
You can exclude domain names from your email communication
Change a profile to inactive by using an import
Excluding domain names from your email communication
ππΌ This way of filtering email addresses is often used for specific email addresses like "@amazon." or other special groups with a specific domain name.
To exclude a domain name from your email communication go into "Settings" on the left of the menu and click on "Email settings". Under "Email filter" you can fill in the domain name of the email address. To exclude an email address you should only fill in the letters and symbols behind the "@"-sign. Be aware that through this method, you are excluding all email addresses from your mailing list, which have the same domain name. Have a look at the example below:
Setting profiles to inactive by using an import
If you want to exclude multiple email addresses with different domain names, you can manually import a CSV file, with these email addresses into our system. Upload the file in the "Data sources" area, on the left in the menu.
