You might want to exclude one or more email addresses from your mailing list. Think about the amazon email addresses or a specific group.

To exclude email addresses from a specific domain, go to "Settings" at the bottom left of the menu and select "Email settings". In "Email filter" you can fill in the domain name of the email address. The domain name is all the characters after the @-sign. Be aware that you are now excluding all email addresses with this domain name from your mailing list and they will be set to an inactive status.

The email addresses from amazon are "@amazon.de" or "@amazon.com". As you can see in the image below, fill in "amazon.de" or "amazon.com".

About the pricing: You only ever pay for active email addresses. Suppose our system imported 10,000 profiles (unique email addresses) from your online shop and you have filtered and excluded 25 profiles (because for example they came from the "amazon.com" domain). You will not pay for 10,000 profiles but only for 10,000 - 25 = 9,975 profiles.
