My image / logo is not visible in the inbox. How is this possible?

In this article, I'll explain to you what could be causing your image to not display properly.

Sometimes we get the question that in a inbox a particular image is not displaying properly. This can happen. To find out the cause yourself, you can take a preliminary look to see if it is due to the following:

  • Is the image a .SVG file? If so, some email clients such as Gmail do not load the image. Ideally, you should use .png or .jpeg.

  • Is your image in your image library? If your image has not been uploaded to Reloadify, the image cannot be loaded.
