In Reloadify you use a form for profile enrichment. In our editor there is a standard form in which you can request a lot of (standard) information. Think of name, date of birth, address, gender and phone number. But what if the field for your data is not there?

You have two options for requesting your own data:

In this article, I will discuss the second option and tell you how to add a Google Form to your landing page.

โ—๏ธ Always choose one of the above options. Do not manually change a standard field in your form to something else, like in the example below. This way you will pollute your own database.

How about this? All standard fields (such as first and last name) are actually linked to the standard fields of profiles. If your customers enter something else here, such as "company name" or "number of orders," you can no longer use the liquidation for these fields.

Adding a Google Form to your landing page

Adding a Google Form to your landing page is done in just 3 steps:

  1. Creating a Google Form

  2. Embed your Google Form

  3. Embed your Google Form

Step 1. Create a Google Form

At https://www.google.com/forms/about/ you can create a Google form with questions you want to ask your customers.

Step 2. Embed your Google Form

In the last step when creating your Google Form, you can choose to embed your form. With embedding, you retrieve the HTML code from your page, so to speak. You copy this embed code.

Step 3. Add the embedded code to your landing page in Reloadify

On a landing page at Reloadify, choose the 'HTML' block:

Through this block, it is possible to add your own HTML code to your landing page. Now add on the right side at 'content properties' the copied embed code from your Google Form:

That's it! You'll now see your Google Form reflected on your landing page. Your answers will be stored through your Google Form, so apart from Reloadify.
