Within Reloadify, you can easily create landing pages. These pages are published on your own subdomain. This article tells you how to create a landing page.

Note: in order to create landing pages, you must first validate your subdomain with your domain host.

The default landing pages

Go to Forms and click on Landing pages. On this page, you will see all your landing pages within Reloadify. By default, there are a number of pages waiting for you:

  • Unsubscribe page. This is the page profiles see when they unsubscribe from your emails. The option to unsubscribe is mandatory according to the GDPR; therefore we set up this page for you immediately.

  • Resubscribe page. This is the page profiles see when they resubscribe using the resubscribe link.

  • Default form success. This page shows when a form on a landing page has been processed successfully.

  • Default form error. This page shows when a form on a landing page cannot be processed.

All default pages can be fully styled according to your wishes. When doing so, make sure you activate the pages. Otherwise the default layout will be shown.

Creating a new landing page

Create a new landing page. Creating a landing page is divided into three different steps: settings, design and activation.

Landing page settings

First, fill in all the landing page settings.

  • Landing page settings: these are the settings of the page itself (compulsory)

    • Name: customers do not see this field. Fill in a clear name for the page for yourself.

    • Title: customers see this field in their browser. Give the page an appropriate title.

    • URL: this creates the URL of the landing page. Open the menu in the <host> box and click the subdomain. Enter the desired location after the slash.

    • Script settings (optional): it is possible to add a script to the landing page, such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or a Facebook Pixel.

  • Form settings: these are the settings associated with the form on the landing page (optional).

    • Success page: this page shows when the form has been processed successfully. Don't select an alternative page here? Then the default success form will be shown.

    • Profile tags: it is possible to automatically tag profiles that complete the form.

    • Newsletter: it is possible to automatically subscribe profiles to the newsletter that fill in the form.

Designing a landing page

Click through to the landing page editor. The editor is exactly like the e-mail editor in terms of functions.

Are you using the landing page to request information? Then read this article on using a form on a landing page.

Once you reach the last step, run through the settings and you can activate the landing page! Rather not put it live yet? You can also choose to do this at a later date and save your page as a draft first.

Note that standard landing pages, such as the unsubscribe page, will not work when you copy and paste the URL into your browser. These pages only work in the email.
