With Reloadify's page editor you can easily create a nice unsubscribe page. By default, you have an unsubscribe link in the footer of your newsletter. This is also mandatory.

Because of the dynamic unsubscribe link, you can only use the default unsubscribe page named global_unsubscribe. So don't create a new landing page, but get started with this default page.

Step 1. Validate a subdomain

If you haven't done so already, you will need to validate a subdomain for the use of action pages and unsubscribe pages. Validating is easy! Under Settings - Authentication you will find the landing page authentication. An automatically generated subdomain is waiting for you. Would you rather choose your own subdomain? You can edit the domain by clicking on the three dots. To validate the domains, click the green 'Validate records' button at the bottom right.

After validating your subdomain we will automatically submit a request for an SSL certificate, so you don't have to do anything extra for this.

๐Ÿ’กWhat does an SSL certificate do?

An SSL certificate provides the green lock in the browser and guarantees that data is sent via encryption.

Step 2. Design an unsubscribe page per language

For each language of your webshop you can now style the unsubscribe page in the house style of your webshop. You can find this under Landing pages - Unsubscribe page.

And that's it!๐Ÿ™Œ Reloadify automatically recognizes which profile is trying to unsubscribe and for which language. Based on this data we will show you the unsubscribe page in the right language.

๐Ÿ‘‰If you have modified the landing page yourself you should put them online. If the page remains offline you are using our 'default' landing pages and your changes will not be taken into account.
