As you may have already seen, you will find several templates in Reloadify. From us you'll get no less than 26, 13 in Dutch and 13 in English. These include a template for your customer's birthday, abandoned shopping carts, win back and cross sell products. Handy, right? These templates are just a few examples of how you can set up your email marketing. There are a lot of possibilities in terms of templates. It just depends on what you are looking for. We will be happy to explain how to use these templates and how to create one yourself.

1. Using an existing template

Want to use a template that's already available? In that case, create a new newsletter by clicking on Add newsletter. You fill in a logical name for your newsletter. In step 2 you give your newsletter a subject line. When you go to step 3 you will design your e-mail. You will be given the option of using an existing template from us. I would like to set up a birthday email for my customers. From many customers I have this data, so a missed opportunity if I do nothing with this data. I click on the template Birthday NL. And voila, the template loads automatically:

You now create your email in one fell swoop. Do you think the content of this e-mail does not fit your shop? No problem. You can easily adapt this template to your wishes. For example, it is possible to arrange the copy, images and layout according to your webshop.

๐Ÿ’กTip: Make your email more personal by using liquid.

2. Create and save your own template

Besides existing templates it is also possible to create your own. If you prefer to watch the video, check out the video below:

Getting Started:

Start by clicking on add newsletter and go through steps 1 and 2 again. When you don't click on a template it's possible to get started yourself. And you want to! Because you can design a lot of things yourself at Reloadify. I would like to create an abandoned cart e-mail myself. This abandoned cart email will talk about the advantages of my webshop and will go out to new customers who are not familiar with my webshop, but who have left a cart behind.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Do you want inspiration for the content of your abandoned shopping cart email? Then check out the article on the abandoned shopping cart. Anyway, I have prepared a email for my customers. What I do now is save my newsletter as a template.

I do this by:

  • Pressing save template at the top

  • Then a new screen appears where you can give your template a name

  • This name is for yourself and is not visible to customers

  • The screen will refresh, your e-mail template is now saved

  • To check if it went well you press change template

  • You go to my templates. There is your created template

๐Ÿ’ก Did you know that... you can also do this for elements you want to use again by default? When you go to a row, you will see a floppy disk icon:

When you press that, it is possible to save your row. You can find your saved rows again under rows:

Want to know more about saving rows? Please check the article about saving, duplicating and managing rows.

With Reloadify it is possible to use a fixed template, create your own or save specific rows. Especially for a standard newsletter it is useful to create a template, so you always send out the same newsletter. Good luck! ๐Ÿ™Œ
