You may notice that when you send an email, Outlook or Hotmail puts the link you placed after the image above the image with parentheses around it.

This is a bug in Outlook. This is because the URL you put in the image has the following format: www.xxxx.nl/com

You can easily solve this by putting http:// or https:// in front of it. Outlook can handle this. You will see that your newsletter will then be displayed correctly in your test emails.

Free tip: always test your e-mails in different e-mail clients. Outlook, Hotmail and Gmail often display your e-mail differently. By testing what does and does not look good in your e-mail, you can be sure that your e-mail remains readable for everyone.
