With the filter options in Reloadify you set which audience a segment, newsletter, trigger or flow applies to. Read below how to create a filter.
Creating a filter
Go to the section where you want to set up a filter (for example Segments).
Click Add filter.
Choose the filter type:
Choose Property if you're filtering on who someone is. For example: city, gender or a custom field.
Choose Activity if you're filtering on what someone has done. For example: placed an order, opened an email or viewed a page.
Set the condition. Depending on the chosen filter, you fill in the following steps.
The conditions of an activity filter
After choosing an activity filter, you set the corresponding conditions. You go through a maximum of three steps — not every step is required.
Step 1: Profile activity (how often or when?)
For activities, you first choose how you want to measure the activity. You have four options:
Has or has not occurred. Use this for a specific moment. For example: has occurred, exactly 1 day ago.
First time. Filter on the first time the activity took place.
Last time. Filter on the most recent time the activity took place.
Number of times. Filter on how often the activity has taken place. For example: has placed at least 3 orders.
Step 2: When (time period)
Choose the point in time when the activity took place. For example: in the last 30 days, before a specific date, or within a certain period.
Step 3: Of which (specific detail)
Add an extra detail to your filter. Which options you see here depends on the chosen activity. For "order placed" you can for example filter on:
Contains product
Contains category
Price
Example: You want to reach all customers who have placed an order in the last 60 days containing a product from the "Baby" category.
You choose activity → order placed → has or has not occurred → has occurred in the last 60 days → of which: category is "Baby".
Combining multiple filters
Add multiple filters by clicking Add filter again. Use AND/OR logic to combine the filters in the right way.
