Reloadify is switching to a renewed filter system. If you have existing segments, newsletters, triggers or flows with active filters, read below what changes for you.
Your existing segments keep working
You don't need to set anything up again. All existing filters are automatically converted to the new system. The audiences stay exactly the same.
What looks different?
The interface has been updated. When you open an existing segment, you see the old filters. This keeps the old segment intact. Creating a new segment? Then the new filters are shown.
Can you switch back to the old system?
A fallback option to the old filters is available. Can't figure it out or is something not working as expected? Contact support via chat or switch yourself back to the old filters via Settings > General > Use new rule system.
Something wrong in an existing segment?
Check the following:
Open the segment and review the filters in the new view.
Check whether the number of profiles matches what you expect.
Filters not right? Adjust them manually.
