Click on ‘Settings’ > ‘Loyalty’. Here you can set the name and description of the loyalty pop-up.
URL: Enter the URL of the webshop here. You can set this for each language. Is the URL of your webshop for Dutch www.voorbeeld.nl/nl/ ? Then enter this here.
Language: Enter the exact language here.
Button name: Enter the name of the pop-up here. Customers will also see this name.
More information text: Enter text here for more information. Customers will also see this text.
Name of points: Enter the name of the points here (e.g., points, coins, swifties, blobs, or something else).
Save the page for now. After that, you can set up the emails.
Below that, you will see the heading “Emails.” By default, you will see two types to edit, namely the email for the 6-digit security code. The customer logs in via the pop-up and sees their points balance. To log in, the customer receives an email with a 6-digit security code. They enter this code to log in.
Under Emails, you can set the following:
Security code email: For access to the loyalty points environment.
Discount code email: Sent automatically when a customer redeems a reward.

Go to language preferences.
Pop-up enabled: With this setting, you can enable or disable the loyalty pop-up on the website.
Brand color: The main color of the loyalty pop-up
Accent color: The color of the buttons on the pop-up
Position: Choose where you want the pop-up to appear (right of the screen, left of the screen)
Tab position: Select where you want the pop-up to appear, on the left or right.
Top: at the very top of the page
Top center: slightly lower, about 25% from the top
Center: in the middle
Bottom center: slightly lower, about 25% from the bottom
Bottom: at the very bottom of the page
Have you filled everything in? Then click on “save.”
