The final step is to create rewards that customers can redeem their points for. You link rewards to discount codes in Reloadify.
To do this, go to Loyalty > Rewards. Click on the green button in the top right corner to create a new reward. You will now see this screen:
Start with the settings.
Name: This is the title of the reward.
Description: This is the description of the reward.
Start and end date: Temporary or unlimited validity. Is the reward valid for a limited time? Then enter a start and end date. Is the reward valid indefinitely? Then leave this blank.
Next, set the number of points.
Points: Enter the number of points the customer can redeem here.
Coupon: Select a discount code you want to use here. Haven't created one yet? Then first create a discount code under “content” > “discount codes.” Read more about how to create a discount code here.
When everything is filled in, click on next. Now you can add the content of the reward. Enter a name and description here. Your customers will see this name and description in the pop-up. You will now see a summary of exactly what you have entered.
And you're done! Your customers can now automatically save points and redeem them for rewards.
To redeem rewards, you need to set up savings.
