What is Loyalty?
A loyalty program rewards customers for their loyalty to your online store.
A loyalty program allows you to reward customers for their loyalty to your online store. Instead of competing on price, you give them an extra incentive to return to you. Whether it's a purchase, a birthday, writing a review, or another valuable interaction, customers automatically earn points. These points make shopping with you more fun, attractive, and valuable.
Example: a customer receives 20 points with every order. When they reach 100 points, they receive free shipping.
Where can I find loyalty?
You can find the loyalty module in the menu on the left, under the heading “Loyalty.” To activate the module, install two scripts on your website. No developer is required.
You only need to set up the points system and the corresponding rewards once. After that, everything runs automatically: customers save points automatically. Are you visiting the loyalty page in Reloadify for the first time? Then you will see three sections: Dashboard, Rewards, Points.
How does Loyalty work?
Loyalty works with a pop-up via the website. Customers log in via the pop-up and see their points balance. In the settings section, you can determine how the loyalty program pop-up will look to your customers. In this section, you can customize the appearance so that the pop-up matches the look and feel of your website. Choose the basic colors of your corporate identity and decide where the pop-up appears on the screen. Finally, you can also set up the emails that customers receive when they have earned a discount code.
