How do you use loyalty?

Follow these four steps to get started:

1. Connect the loyalty module

2. Set up your corperate style and emails

3. Create savings promotions

4. Add rewards

In Reloadify, go to Loyalty > Rewards. Click on Complete installation to view the two required scripts. You can easily add these to your website – no developer needed.

Connect Loyalty to your webshop.

Loyalty works with a pop-up via the website. Customers log in via the pop-up and see their points balance. In the settings section, you can determine how the loyalty program pop-up will look to your customers.

To log in via the pop-up, an email with a code is sent to the customer. When a customer redeems a reward, they receive a discount code. The discount code is sent by email.

Set up the pop-ups and accompanying emails.

Whether it's a purchase, a birthday, writing a review, or another valuable interaction, customers automatically earn points.

Create savings promotions.
