Your customers can see their current number of points and available rewards in a sidebar on your website: the Loyalty portal. In this article, you will learn:

1. General settings: design and positioning
The general settings for Loyalty can be found under Settings > Loyalty.
1.1 General settings
Under General settings, you will find the option to enable or disable the Loyalty portal. Use the button next to ‘Sidebar (pop-up) enabled’ to enable or disable the entire Loyalty portal.
Please note: if you disable this, your customers will no longer be able to redeem their points.
1.2 Style settings
The Style settings allow you to give the Loyalty sidebar two colors: a brand color and an accent color. Once you have adjusted the colors, you will see a preview of the Loyalty portal on the right-hand side.
Please note: the preview shows a standard Loyalty icon next to the button. This icon will be automatically adjusted to your logo.
1.3 Position
The position settings allow you to determine the location of the Loyalty sidebar on your website:
Sidebar pop-up position: here you can choose the position of the Loyalty sidebar. You can choose between the left or right side of your screen.
Pop-up position: here you can choose the height of the Loyalty sidebar label. This is the button your customers use to open the Loyalty portal. You can choose from 0% top, 25% top center, 50% center, 75% bottom center, 100% bottom.
In the example below, the position is Right, 50% center.
2. Language settings of the Loyalty portal
Please note: you must enter the language settings separately for each language on your website. At the top of the language settings, you will find a tab for each language.
2.1 General language settings
Under general language settings, enter the following settings:
Language of your webshop. This setting also determines the language of the text in the Loyalty portal. Please note: Reloadify currently only supports English, Dutch, or German as languages.
URL language. Here, enter the complete URL of your webshop that represents the selected language. For example: https://www.reloadify.com/nl.
2.2 Loyalty settings
Under Loyalty settings, enter the following settings:
Name of the button. Here you determine the name of the button that your customers use to open the Loyalty portal. Enter the name of your loyalty program here.
Name of the points. You have the option to give your loyalty points a name. Enter here how the points should be named (e.g., points, coins, swifties, or something else).
6-digit security code. When customers log in to your Loyalty portal, they will receive an email with a 6-digit code to log in (instead of a password). Click on the ‘Set up email’ button to format the email according to your corporate identity.
Discount code email. When customers claim a reward, they will receive an email with a discount code. Click on the ‘Set up email’ button to format the email according to your corporate identity.
