With Reloadify Loyalty, you reward customers for their loyalty to your webshop. Instead of competing on price, you give them an extra reason to consciously come back to you. Customers automatically earn points for every valuable interaction — a purchase, a birthday, a custom milestone — and redeem them for rewards of their choice.
Example: a customer earns 20 points with every order. At 100 points, they receive free shipping.
Where do you find Loyalty?
Go to Loyalty in the left menu. You'll see four sections:
Setup
Dashboard
Points
Rewards
You set up the points system and its rewards once. After that, everything runs automatically.
How does Loyalty work?
Reloadify Loyalty works via a widget on your website. Through the widget, the customer logs in and sees their current points balance. Under Settings, you decide how the widget looks: choose your brand colors and set where the widget appears on screen. Read more
Set up Loyalty in 4 steps
Step 1: Connect Loyalty to your webshop
Go to Loyalty > Setup and follow the steps. You'll see two scripts to add to your website.
Step 2: Set up the widget and emails
Under Settings, customize the look of the widget. To log in via the widget, the customer receives an email with a code. When a customer redeems a reward, Reloadify Loyalty automatically sends a discount code by email.
Step 3: Create earning actions
Define what customers earn points for: a purchase, a birthday, a review or another interaction. Customers then earn points automatically.
Step 4 — Add rewards
Set what customers can redeem their points for, such as a discount on their next order or free shipping.
