Viewing a profile's Loyalty activities

In this article you'll learn how to view Loyalty activities per profile.

View on an individual level how a customer has earned points, redeemed rewards, and which tiers they have reached.

Opening a profile's Loyalty overview

  1. Go to Profiles > All profiles.

  2. Open the desired profile.

  3. In the profile overview, you'll immediately see a summary of the last 4 Loyalty statistics under Loyalty.

  4. Click View all to open the full Loyalty overview.

Reached tiers

At the top of the Loyalty overview, you'll find a table showing all tiers this profile has reached, including the date on which each tier was reached.

Loyalty activities

Below the tiers table, you'll find an overview of all Loyalty activities. For each activity you can see:

  • Description. What happened: points spent, points received, or a correction.

  • Type. One of the following three: points spent, points earned, or loyalty correction.

  • Source. For points spent: the reward the points were used for. For points earned: the earning action through which the points were earned. For a loyalty correction: the admin who made the correction.

  • Amount. The number of points.

  • Date. When the activity took place.

Use the filter at the top of the table to limit the view to earned points, spent points, corrections, or all activities.
