The Loyalty dashboard

In this article, we explain more about the statistics of the loyalty program.

Under Loyalty > Dashboard you'll find all statistics for your loyalty program. The KPIs are divided into four sections: Loyalty, Rewards, Points, and Tiers.

Loyalty

This section shows the overall performance of your loyalty program.

  • Sales. The total revenue from orders in which a loyalty discount code was used.

  • Orders. The number of orders placed in the selected period.

  • Exchange rate. The ratio between the number of points in circulation and the number of redeemed points.

  • Profiles. The number of profiles that have points in the selected period.

Rewards

This section shows how customers claim and use rewards.

  • Sales. The total revenue from orders in which a reward was redeemed.

  • Orders. The number of orders placed using a reward in the selected period.

  • First-time redeemers. The number of profiles that redeemed a reward for the first time in the selected period.

  • Points spent. The total number of points spent on rewards in the selected period.

Earning actions

This section shows how customers earn points through earning actions.

  • Sales. The total revenue from orders in which points were earned.

  • Orders. The number of orders placed through an earning action in the selected period.

  • First-time recipient. The number of profiles that earned points for the first time in the selected period.

  • Points added. The total number of points added in the selected period.

Tiers

  • Tier reachers. The number of profiles that reached a new tier in the selected period.
