With Tiers, you reward customers based on the number of points they have earned. Assign each tier a label — such as Bronze, Silver, or Gold — and automatically link benefits to it. As soon as a customer reaches the required number of points, they are automatically assigned that tier.
Creating a tier
Go to Loyalty > Tiers.
Click New tier.
Set the position. This determines where the tier appears in the Loyalty widget. The lower the number, the higher the position.
Choose the validity period. Decide whether a customer keeps their tier permanently (lifetime) or whether it is recalculated every year (calendar year).
Set the required points. This is the total number of points a customer must earn to reach this tier. Redeemed points are not deducted from this total.
Enable or disable the tier.
Optionally set an entry reward. Select which reward is automatically granted when a customer reaches this tier. You can set one automatic reward per language.
Note: Create the reward under Loyalty > Rewards before linking it here. Receiving a reward on reaching a tier does not deduct any points.
Enter the name of the tier.
Enter the description of the tier.
Click Save.
Rewards for specific tiers
Per reward, you can choose who can redeem it:
Everyone. The reward is available to all customers, regardless of their tier.
From a minimum tier. The reward is only available to customers who have reached the selected tier or higher.
Adjust this setting via Loyalty > Rewards and open the desired reward. Choose the desired tier under Redemption settings.
Tier statistics
Open a tier under Loyalty > Tiers to view the following statistics:
The number of profiles that have ever reached this tier.
The number of profiles currently at this tier.
Things to keep in mind
Tiers are assigned solely based on the number of points. Other profile properties play no role.
As an admin, you can manually assign a tier to a profile via that profile's settings.
Choosing calendar year? A customer who loses their tier and earns it again later can receive the associated reward again. This does not apply to lifetime.
