What is it?
The Loyalty points node adds points to a profile or removes points from a profile, the moment the profile reaches this node in the flow.
Why use this?
Use this node to link Loyalty points directly to a profile's behavior in your flow. For example, automatically reward a profile that leaves a review, or deduct points on a return, without having to update this manually.
How do you add or remove points?
Click the plus icon, select Action, then choose Loyalty points.
Choose whether you want to add or remove points.
Enter the number of points you want to add or remove.
Save the node.
Note: a profile's points can never go below 0. If you remove more points than the profile currently has, the point balance is set to 0.
