At Reloadify, you choose a pricing plan that grows with your ambitions. Our system is modular, ensuring you only pay for the features you actually use.
Modular structure: Engage, Loyalty, and Personalize
Your subscription consists of a base package that you can expand with powerful add-ons:
Engage: the core of your account, which is always active.
Loyalty: an optional module for building customer loyalty.
Personalize: an optional module for advanced personalization.
How we calculate your price
Your subscription costs are determined in two different ways:
1. Based on profiles (Engage)
The price for Engage is based on the total number of active profiles in your account. A profile is a unique email address. Because we use unique IDs, you never pay twice for the same email address across different lists.
Want to exclude specific profiles (such as customers from third-party platforms) from your communication? Simply set these profiles to inactive. We do not charge for inactive profiles.
2. Based on orders (Loyalty & Personalize)
For the Loyalty and Personalize modules, we do not look at profiles, but at the number of monthly orders from your webshop.

Do you combine multiple Reloadify products or choose a longer term? We reward your loyalty with automatic discounts on the package price:

Billing during growth
When your shop grows and you move to a higher tier for Engage, you will immediately receive a pro-rata invoice for the additional amount. For Loyalty and Personalize, an increase in the number of orders will only be processed with the next invoice.
