To send and deliver emails, we use several IP addresses. By default, as a Reloadify customer, you use a shared IP address.

A shared IP address is used by multiple clients of Reloadify. This is why email clients (such as Gmail and Outlook) check extra carefully for spam when emails are sent via a shared IP address.

More control over delivery guarantee

Do you want to be fully in control of your delivery guarantee and shipping reputation? Upon request, we can place your domain on a dedicated IP address. You alone determine which emails are sent via the IP address.

This means that you are responsible for the delivery guarantee of your e-mails. Is an e-mail marked as spam by e-mail clients? Then it is up to you to get the reputation up.

Switching to a dedicated IP address

As soon as your domain is transferred to a new IP address, we split the first e-mails. One part goes over the new dedicated IP address, and one part is still sent over a shared IP address.

With this split, we build up the sending reputation of the new IP address. Once the dedicated IP address warms up, this splitting stops and all emails from your domain are sent over your own IP.

A dedicated IP address is available from Reloadify at an additional cost. Interested? Contact us and we'll tell you more about it.
