Do you mail from [email protected] and would like your customers to be able to reply to your email to a different email address? For example: [email protected]? This is settable in Reloadify by profile. There are two options to set a reply-to with a particular profile:
Manually enter a reply-to email address
Bulk reply-to email addresses
Manually enter a reply-to email address
Want to give only some profiles a different reply-to email address? Then it is most convenient to do this manually. This is how you do it:
Open the relevant profile in Reloadify.
Click on the “options” button in the top right-hand corner and then on “edit profile”.
Enter the desired e-mail address in the “reply to” field.
Save the profile.
From now on, when this profile replies to an email from Reloadify, it will mail to the specified email address.
Bulk reply-to email addresses via a CSV import
Want to give multiple email addresses a different reply-to email address? Then it is most optimal to do this via a CSV import. You do it this way:
Create an Excel/spreadsheet file with at least two columns: "e-mailaddress" and "reply-to."
In the column "e-mail address" you place all customer profiles
In the "reply-to" column, enter the desired "reply-to" mail address for each customer profile.
Import the file as usual. Be sure to link this value to the "reply-to" setting in step 2 of the import.
After importing your CSV file, each profile from your CSV will have a unique reply-to email address. This new setting goes into effect immediately.
