It is possible to filter for profiles that have clicked on a particular link (from a previous email). I'll tell you how to do that!

Within Reloadify you can filter on the profiles that clicked on a certain link, from a previously sent email. This feature is enormously useful for determining the interests of your target audience, among other things, but also for a re-activation campaign.

There are two rules that allow you to filter on the click behavior of your customers:

  • One of the following URLs was clicked in the email

  • One of the following URLs was clicked within a certain time frame

For the first rule, clicking on a link is enough to match, for the second rule the time of clicking is also important. In both filter rules you can choose from first email, random email, last email and any email.

Is your link not among the links in the rule? This means it is a new URL and is not yet known in the Reloadify database. For the link to appear, the URL must have been clicked at least once in a real email. So a test mail is not sufficient.

Adjust the rules of your email and send the email to yourself with the line "The email address", filtering by (parts of the) email address. This way, you get the email in your inbox in the official way and you can click on the relevant link. After a few minutes, the URL will appear in the filter line.
