It happens to everyone from time to time: you send an e-mail containing a wrong (or not working) URL. In Reloadify, it is possible to modify the link, even after sending the e-mail. This way, you never have to cancel a newsletter again because of a wrong link.

In this article:

  1. Check links after sending

  2. Adjust links after sending

Checking links after sending

To check links after sending, navigate to the statistics of the email in question. Click on the Links tab. Under Status code you will find the information you need. Here are three common status codes:

  • Status code 200? Then the link is working properly.

  • Status code 403? You have shared a closed link (private link). Recipients cannot open it, adjust it. Read how to do that below.

  • Status code 404? The link does not work, please change it. Find out how below.

Adjusting links after sending

Adjusting a link after sending is easy as follows:

  1. Navigate to the email's statistics. Click on the Links tab.

  2. Click on the link you want to modify.

  3. Then click on Settings.

  4. Adjust the destination of the URL and click on Save changes. The link will be adjusted live in every e-mail sent, including those already opened.

The Changes tab shows all updates to URLs from your e-mail. This shows exactly what has changed and when.
