In Reloadify we set up a number of dynamic product rows for you by default. It is also possible to create your own dynamic product rows.

Creating your own dynamic product row

Navigate to Product feed in the left menu under Content. This page shows all dynamic product feeds created by you. To create a new feed, click on the New dynamic product feed button in the top right.

In the newly opened screen, compose your feed:

  • Give the product feed a recognizable name and description.

  • It is possible to select a fallback product feed. Does a profile not match the rules of the product feed? Then the fallback product feed shows. This setting is optional.

Then select the desired filters by clicking Add New Filter. Compile the desired feed. It is possible to combine rules with each other.

Click save and your new dynamic product feed is created. You can find it on the overview page and in the email under the Rows menu.

Category filters

What happens, if a customer has ordered from multiple categories?

We check with every order the amount of products from every category. Afterward we determine the dominant category. If a customer for example, ordered two nail polishes and one mascara, nail polish is the main category, and we will select this category for the dynamic product.

How does this work with subordinate categories?

Our system works with the bottom-up concept; we search for the most detailed filter. If there are no products on this level, we will search one level higher, until we find a suitable product.
