With the help of dynamic products you have all the tools to communicate with your customers on a personal level. You can use those dynamic products in both your triggers and your newsletters.
You can find the tab "Dynamic content" under "Product feed" in the left menu. An overview of dynamic products, which we already set up for you, will appear.
Our dynamic products
Last ordered products
By adding the dynamic product "last ordered products" into your email, our system determines the last ordered product of each individual customer. Those filtered products will appear in your email exactly in the place you added the dynamic product.
👉🏼 For example: You want to show the nail polish, which the customer bought in their last order.
By using the feature "cross-sell products" in your email, we will determine the last order of each customer. Based on this order, we will load similar products into the email, exactly in the spot where you added the cross-sell product.
❗Is your shop on the Shopware platform? Then all cross-sell products are the same for everyone. Shopware does not allow us to specify this per order.
👉🏼 For example: You want to show nail polish remover to the customer, who bought nail polish last time.

Creating your own dynamic products
Do you want to add your own dynamic products? Go ahead!
By clicking on the top right button "New dynamic feed" you will be forwarded to another page.
Give your dynamic feed a clear name and set some product filters afterwards.
In the following example we filter products, which have been added to your online shop today (equals 0 days ago). By adding another filter, such as products from the category "Nail polish", we filter all the products, which have been added to the category "nail polish" today.
❗ Important: What happens, if a customer has ordered from multiple categories?
We check with every order the amount of products from every category. Afterward we determine the dominant category. If a customer for example, ordered two nail polishes and one mascara, nail polish is the main category, and we will select this category for the dynamic product.
❗ Important: How does this work with subordinate categories?
Our system works with the bottom-up concept; we search for the most detailed filter. If there are no products on this level, we will search one level higher, until we find a suitable product.
Underneath the set filters you can see how many profiles are matching these filters at the moment. Below that you can add a back up, in case we can't find a product for the product feed.
Click "Save" and your new dynamic product is created. You will find your saved dynamic products on your dynamic content dashboard.
