What are flow node statistics?
A flow consists of nodes: the steps a profile goes through, such as an email, a waiting period or a condition. For each node, you see how many profiles reached it and which profiles they are.
The overview shows:
Total: the number of profiles that reached this node.
Succeeded: the number of profiles that completed the node.
Waiting: the number of profiles currently in this node that have not moved on yet.
Profiles: the list of profiles that passed through this node.
Why use it?
You immediately see whether your flow matches the right profiles. Are profiles ending up in a node where they do not belong, or are you missing profiles? Then adjust the conditions or settings of your flow.
Open the statistics of a node
Open the flow you want to check.
Go to Results.
Click the three dots next to the node you want to view.
Select Statistics.
You now see the numbers and the list of profiles for this node.
Tip: Check the statistics shortly after you set a new flow live. This way, you quickly see whether the right profiles are entering, before the flow has been running for a long time.
