You may have sent an important newsletter. You want to send a reminder to the profiles that didn't open your email. You can! I'll explain how.

How do you set up the filter rules?

In step 1 of your newsletter, you set the right filters. What you want to set is the following:

  • Customer has received a certain campaign

  • Customer has not opened that campaign

You do this with these two rules:

Then in the line "The email will be sent via newsletter or trigger," choose the right email.

With these two rules, Reloadify will look for you for customers who received the campaign but did not open it. Perfect, right? ๐Ÿค—
