More and more often we get the question if it is possible to run a specific export of profiles that meet certain criteria. This is doable in Reloadify!

I'm happy to explain how to do this.

1. Create a segment

In Reloadify you will first create a segment. For example, I create a segment for the profiles that did not open my last email:

💡Tip: Do you want to know who didn't open your last X emails? Then be sure to read the article on how to exclude profiles that don't open your emails.

Or do you just want to know who your big customers are? Then filter on:

Or, do you want to know who cancels orders with you more often? Then filter on:

Or, do you want to filter on customers whose emails have been bounced? Then filter on:

Choose which data you want to export based on the filters you choose.

If your specific filter is not listed, I'm afraid the export is not possible.

Do you have your criteria complete? Then save your segment.

2. Export your segment

When you have saved your segment, go back to the overview where all your segments are. Do you see your segment? Then click on the three dots and press 'export profiles':

When you click on export profiles, you will get a new screen in front of you. In this screen you can decide exactly which fields you want to export.

❗Please note that the fields you can select only relate to the profile information (such as first name, last name, etc). Not on the criteria you have incorporated in your segment.

Now press 'export email'. An email will be sent to the specified email address with the export. The export will contain the fields you specified, not how often the profiles clicked on something.

The export you get is a CSV file. The CSV file can be converted to a normal Excel file. To do this, open a new document in Excel. Go to the data tab, go to get external data there. And then choose 'From text'. A new window will now open where you put your CSV file. Press enter or click on 'import'.

Now you have an overview of all email addresses that meet your criteria. Good luck! 🙌
