With segments, you define target audiences within your webshop. Use them for email campaigns or sync them with Meta Ads.

Segments are dynamic: profiles flow in and out automatically based on the filter rules you set. This ensures you always email and advertise to the right group.

Note: only active profiles appear in a segment. Inactive profiles are not included.

Creating a segment

Find segments under Profiles. The overview page lists all segments in your account, showing the name, number of profiles, and total revenue per segment.

  1. Click New segment.

  2. Give the segment a clear name and description.

  3. Click Add new filter and set your filter rules.

  4. Check View profiles to confirm the right profiles match.

  5. Save the segment.

Tip: Below the description, you can see immediately how many profiles match your filter rules.

Start with a handful of broader segments, then narrow down from there. Good starting points are:

  • Profiles with more than one order

  • Profiles with only one order

  • Profiles who haven't ordered yet

Viewing segment statistics

Every segment has its own dashboard showing statistics for the profiles currently in that segment. You'll find:

  • Revenue

  • Open rate and click rate

  • Average order value

  • Number of orders

  • Number of emails sent

Adjust the period using the date picker to view statistics for a specific time window, such as the last 90 days.

Note: the dashboard always shows statistics for profiles that are actively in the segment at the time of viewing. Profiles that were previously in the segment but have since left are not included.

Emailing a segment

To send a segment an e-mail, use the Profiles filter rule in one of the following segments:
