In Reloadify we set up a number of dynamic product rows for you by default. It is also possible to create your own dynamic product rows.

Creating your own dynamic product row

Navigate to Product feed in the left-hand menu under Content.

To create a new feed, click on the New dynamic product feed button in the top right. In the newly opened screen, you can configure the feed.

Name: Give the dynamic product feed a recognizable name. You will see this name in the email editor when you add the feed to your email.

Description: Provide the product feed with a clear description. This description is for your own reference.

Choose fallback product feed: Here you can select a 'fallback'. This product feed is displayed when a profile does not match your dynamic feed, or when no products match. This prevents showing an empty product feed in the email. This setting is optional.

Selected products: This shows you how many products match the conditions you select below. You can check the products using the 'View products' button.

Choose the foundation for the product feed: Here you choose the basis for the dynamic products. You have the following options:

  • All products. Use this setting to show all products that match the conditions you set below. πŸ’‘ For example: show all products that have been purchased the most in the last 10 days.

  • First ordered products. Use this setting to show all products from a profile's first order. You can influence the displayed products with the product filters below. πŸ’‘ For example: show all products from category X that the profile purchased in their first order.

  • Last ordered products. This shows all products from the profile's last (and most recent) order. You can influence the displayed products with the product filters below. πŸ’‘ For example: show all products with product name Y that the profile purchased in their last order.

  • All ordered products. This shows all products that a profile has ever ordered. You can influence the displayed products with the product filters below. πŸ’‘ For example: show all products from category Z that the profile has ever purchased.

Product filters

Below all the settings, you will find the 'Product filters' section. Here you can influence the chosen product feed. Click on 'Add new filter' and the options will appear.

πŸ’‘ It is possible to combine rules to create a specific product feed.

Click save and your new dynamic product feed is created. You can find it on the dynamic product feeds overview page and in the email editor under the Rows menu.
