How do you automate Trustpilot Reviews with the Reloadify BCC Function?

This can be automated with Trustpilot's Automatic Feedback Service (AFS).

With the BCC feature in Reloadify, you can send automatic review invitations from Trustpilot. By adding your unique Trustpilot email address as BCC to, for example, your order confirmation, you immediately activate the review process.

Follow these steps to set it up:

Step 1: Find your unique Trustpilot email address

Before you start in Reloadify, you need your unique email address from Trustpilot's Automatic Feedback Service (AFS).

  • Log in to your Trustpilot Business account.

  • Go to Collect reviews > Invitation methods.

  • Click on Automatic Feedback Service (AFS).

  • Here you will find your unique AFS email address. Copy this address.

Step 2: Create or edit a flow/trigger in Reloadify

The most logical moment to activate a review invitation is immediately after a purchase. You can easily do this by using a trigger.

  • In Reloadify, go to ‘Triggers’.

  • Create a new trigger or select an existing one, such as the trigger that fires after an order is placed (‘Order placed 1 day ago’).

Step 3: Add your Trustpilot email address as BCC

  • Open the email settings.

  • In the email settings of the email action, you will now see the field ‘BCC’:

  • Paste the unique AFS email address that you copied in step 1 here.

Step 4: Activate and you're done!

  • Save the email and the trigger

  • Activate the trigger now

That's it! From now on, Trustpilot will automatically receive a signal as soon as this email is sent to a customer. Trustpilot will then send an official review invitation to that customer with the delay you have set. This allows you to work on your social proof without any extra effort.
