1. Go to the overview of the marketing activity
Go to the overview of the triggers, flow or newsletter. What you want a download of.

2. Choose the desired KPIs and select a date range
In the upper right corner, choose exactly which KPIs you want to download and from which date range. By clicking on the column button, choose the KPIs. By clicking on the calendar, choose the date range.

3. Click on the download icon in the upper right corner
In the upper right corner you will then see a download icon. Click on it:

A screen will now appear asking if you want to export the current columns or all columns known in Reloadify. Choose an option and click on “export”.

The export will now be started. Depending on the data, this may take a few hours. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the download is ready. You can always find the download under “Data sources” > “export”.

The export gets the name of the data range, followed by what you have exported (triggers, flows or campaigns). So your export name looks like this, for example: 01012024-01062024-triggers.

Then open the statistics in Spreadsheet or Excel and you can start working with them.
