Does your platform run on Lightspeed? And would you like to target your campaigns to customers who have viewed a specific category? This is possible!
1. Activate Site Tracking
Go to 'Data sources' in Reloadify and then to 'Import'. Here you will see Site Tracking:
Now press 'connect'. You will see a message at the top of your screen with the following:
That is all you have to do. We now track, where possible, your website visitors.
2. Use Site Tracking in your triggers or campaigns
After Site Tracking has been up and running for a while, the integration has gathered data for you. Now it is time to use this data. This is easily done by setting up a trigger or newsletter and going to the filter rules.
Then go to the heading 'page views' in the filter rules:
This way, you can re-target your customers when they have looked at a certain brand, category or product.
