Since 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation has been in effect. This basically means how you deal with data and privacy. At Reloadify we deal with your customer data. If you work with Reloadify this is all taken care of for you down to the last detail. The only thing you need to do is sign a simple processing agreement. With Reloadify you will be GDPR compliant for email marketing.

Therefore it's also important that you sign the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) with us. You can find this under 'Settings' and it looks like this:

When you have completed and signed everything, you are completely sure that your customer data is stored safely and securely. You are literally signing for that. Of course, you can expect from us that the GDPR is properly regulated. Your data is safely stored in the Netherlands. Did you know we even use Dutch servers? Your customer data is fully protected and so the privacy of your recipients is guaranteed. You are fully compliant with the Dutch and European legislation.
