Decide how long it takes before a visitor sees your pop-up again after dismissing it.
Note: this feature requires the interaction script. Without this script, we don't track your visitor's behavior, and this setting won't work. Go to Assets > Data sources > Import to find the script.
What is 're-show pop-up'?
By default, a visitor only sees your pop-up once, as soon as they dismiss it. With this setting, you show the pop-up again to the same visitor after a period you set yourself.
Why use this setting?
A visitor who dismisses your pop-up isn't necessarily uninterested. By showing the pop-up again later, you give them a second chance without annoying them with a pop-up on every visit.
Note: we track this behavior at device level. If the visitor visits your website on a different device, we don't measure this. They may see the pop-up again sooner than the period you set.
Setting up 'Re-show pop-up'
Go to your pop-up settings.
Turn on the toggle next to Re-show pop-up.
Enter the desired number in Show again after.
Choose the unit: minutes, hours, days, or years.
Save your settings.
Your pop-up will now show again to the same visitor once the set period has passed since they dismissed it.
