In the Personalize dashboard, as well as in the statistics for each Recommendation, you will find various results. These results are attributed when an event is created in Google Analytics.

How and when does Reloadify measure a conversion?

Reloadify measures a conversion for a recommendation when a customer clicks on a recommended product and then purchases that product within a specific period. The measurement is based on a last-click attribution model.

This works as follows:

  • Interaction: A visitor sees a recommendation (e.g., "Customers also bought") in your webshop and clicks on a product within that recommendation.

  • Session: At that moment, Reloadify starts a session.

  • Conversion: If the visitor buys the clicked product (or another product) within the same session, the revenue from that purchase is attributed to the specific recommendation that was clicked.

What data is tracked?

To correctly attribute the conversion, Reloadify tracks several data points. As soon as a visitor interacts with a recommendation, the following data is recorded:

  • Product interactions: Which products are viewed and clicked on.

  • Purchase behavior: Which products are added to the cart and purchased.

  • Session information: The visitor's browsing behavior on your website.

This data not only helps in attributing conversions but also in improving the recommendations shown to other, similar visitors.

Where can you find the statistics?

You can find the performance of your recommendations in two places within the Reloadify software:

  • The main Personalize dashboard: Here you'll see the overall results of all active recommendations.

  • Per individual recommendation: Within the settings of a specific recommendation, you can view detailed statistics, such as the number of views, clicks, and the generated revenue.

Please note: the statistics are updated based on the data passed through Google Analytics. Therefore, ensure that your Google Analytics is integrated correctly to see reliable results.
