Do you have access to more than one shop? Mark one of those shops as your favorite. After logging in, you go straight to that shop and do not have to switch first.
What is a favorite shop?
Your favorite shop is the shop Reloadify opens after you log in. This applies when you logged out yourself and also after a timeout (you are logged out automatically when you are inactive for a while).
You have a maximum of one favorite shop. While working, you switch to another shop as usual. The favorite only decides which shop you start in.
Note: do you have access to only one shop? Then you do not see the star. A favorite is not needed in that case.
Set a favorite shop in the shop switcher
Click the name of your shop in the top left. The shop switcher opens.
Find the shop you want to see first after logging in.
Click the star next to this shop.
The star turns orange and filled. This shop is now your favorite.
Set a favorite shop in your account settings
Click the shop name in the top left of the screen.
Click Account settings.
Under Default shop, choose the shop you want to open after logging in.
Click Save.
The star and this setting are the same setting. When you change one, the other changes with it.
Remove your favorite shop
Click the name of your shop in the top left.
Click the orange star next to your favorite shop.
The star is empty again. Without a favorite, Reloadify opens the shop that was added first.
Log in after a timeout
Were you working on a page when you were logged out automatically? After logging in again, you return to that page, in the shop you were in. This way you do not lose your work.
Did you log out yourself? Then you always start in your favorite shop the next time you log in.
Work with multiple languages or as a partner
Your favorite applies to a shop as a whole, not per language. Within the shop, the language opens as you are used to.
Partner? After logging in, you first land in the partner environment. That does not change. You can still use the star to set your favorite shop.
